BT Apocalypse

The BT Apocalypse capture pack is an excellent choice for modern high-gain tones.
The captures are tight, aggressive and very articulate, with great note separation even at high gain.
They work particularly well for metal, metalcore and death metal, and the included IRs complement the captures very nicely.
My only criticism is that the individual captures aren't described in much detail beyond their gain level. With 20 captures available, it can take some time to figure out the differences between them.
A brief description of the EQ, character or intended use of each capture would make the pack much easier to navigate.
Overall, a fantastic collection with plenty of great tones. Highly recommended!

Pretty good profiles overall, but they felt a bit undergained to me. It would also be great if they were properly calibrated and if it was clear what amp settings were used. That said, if you like this amp, you’ll most likely like the profiles. They’re quite expensive, but the amplifier itself is rare.
