Non-Downloaded Digital Products: If the product has not been downloaded, a refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
No exceptions or variations to these rules are allowed.
2. How to Request a Refund

Email used for the purchase
Requests that are incomplete or missing required information will not be processed.
3. Refund Process
Once the refund request is received, we will verify that the product has not been downloaded.
If the refund is approved, the customer will receive a store credit coupon of equal value for future purchases on our store.
4. Processing Time
The verification and approval process for refund requests takes 5-10 business days. Once approved, the coupon will be sent to the provided email address.
5. Legal Limitations
In compliance with EU regulations, non-downloaded digital products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For international customers, the same rules apply, regardless of the country of origin.
6. Communication
