General Info
Delivery is made through Cortex Cloud (currently the only available method) and it is automatic: a few minutes after your order our system follows you on Cortex Cloud and shares your presets. If you already follow us, they usually arrive within 15 minutes; if you follow us later, they arrive at our next automatic check, within a few hours.
⚠️ Please make sure to follow "BoutiqueTones" on Cortex Cloud immediately after purchase (this is required for us to send you the files) and double-check that your Cortex Cloud Username is entered correctly. If there are any errors, please email us with the correct username.
If we won’t be able to include all captures in a single preset (since you’ll receive presets with bundled captures) you’ll also receive one or more “utility” presets (don’t use these to play) just to be able to deliver you all the profiles.
Nano Cortex Compatibility
‼️Nano Cortex does not currently allow loading external presets, so compatibility is limited to full stack profiles or DI profiles with IRs. Downloads and imports must be done through the Cortex Cloud app on iOS or Android.
This means that the Amp packs are 100% compatible, while the Preset packs and Artist packs that include full signal chain routings are only compatible in the amp (and IR) section.
